Whitewater rafting contains certain elements of risk, as do most of Mother Nature’s activities. Mukwah Tours rafting river guides have proven competent and professional in all aspects of their operation. Combining these characteristics with an outstanding knowledge of the river ensures a truly memorable day.
Mukwah Tours reserves the right to cancel any trip due to the river, road, or weather conditions. An alternate date will be provided. Mukwah Tours assumes no responsibility of any kind for injuries, or damages to person or property, however caused, in connection with any service we provide. Each participant must acknowledge these risks by reading and signing a liability release form prior to departure.
BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to ensure your reservation.
Final payment is required 30 days prior to departure date.
RESPONSIBILITY
We provide a Release & Acknowledgement Form that is required with signature before departure of rafting trips. (Parental consent is required for minors under 18 years of age.) Although we take every precaution to safeguard you and your belongings, there is risk involved. Mukwah tours and its personnel shall assume no responsibility of any kind for injuries, damages, delays, or loss to persons or property.
REFUND POLICY
All trips are non-refundable. If due to an act of God, trips are cancelled, there are no refunds; however we will reschedule for any other date during the summer season.
